Tucson's hot desert climate gives us a long, comfortable outdoor hibachi season with one clear challenge. October through May is the peak comfort window: warm days, cool evenings, low humidity, and our snowbird-season high. June through September is hot; daytime temperatures regularly exceed 100 degrees, and the late-summer monsoon season (July through mid-September) brings storm activity. We recommend late-evening start times (8pm or later) for summer events, shaded setup, and a covered patio if possible. Monsoon storms move fast and are usually local; we flex bookings around active warnings. November through April is the most reliable hibachi weather you can find anywhere in the U.S.

Do you serve Oro Valley, SaddleBrooke, Green Valley, and the Foothills? Yes. The Catalina Foothills, Oro Valley, SaddleBrooke, Marana, Sahuarita, and Green Valley are all part of our standard Tucson service area, including Foothills patio and pool-deck events.

Can you handle summer evening events during monsoon season? Yes, with late start times and a flexible weather plan. We recommend 8pm or later for July-August events to let temperatures drop, and a covered patio or backup indoor option in case monsoon storms move through. We flex bookings around active severe-weather warnings.

What's the minimum booking? A $600 event minimum applies (roughly 10 guests at the standard $60 per adult rate). Smaller parties are welcome; you cover the difference up to the minimum.

Every Tucson booking includes a private hibachi chef, the mobile teppanyaki grill, all ingredients, service plates and chopsticks, the 90-minute live show, and full setup and breakdown. Each guest picks two proteins from chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon, scallops, or tofu, with the option to upgrade to filet mignon (+$5) or lobster tail (+$10). Every plate comes with fried rice, hibachi vegetables, a garden salad, and our signature ginger and yum-yum sauces. We accommodate vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, keto, halal, and kosher requests with advance notice.
