Our private chefs travel to your location with a hibachi grill, ingredients, and tools, offering a comprehensive, mobile service that can be set up indoors or outdoors. The experience includes a 90-minute cooking show featuring traditional hibachi tricks like the onion volcano and egg toss, perfect for entertaining at birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and corporate events in the Santa Fe area.

Our menu offers a variety of protein options, including Chicken, Steak, Shrimp, Salmon, and Tofu, allowing each guest to select two main items. All meals come complete with fried rice, grilled vegetables, a side salad, and signature sauces.
