We send the chef and the grill to you instead. Our chefs travel across the full Research Triangle. In Raleigh we regularly serve Downtown, Five Points, Inside the Beltline, Cameron Village, Oakwood, Hayes Barton, Mordecai, Brier Creek, North Hills, Midtown, and North Raleigh. West and southwest we cover Cary, Morrisville, Apex, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, and the Research Triangle Park area. North we serve Wake Forest, Rolesville, and Knightdale. South we cover Garner and Clayton. Across the Triangle in Durham we serve Downtown Durham, Brightleaf, Trinity Park, Forest Hills, Hope Valley, and the Duke campus area. Where Hibachi Works in Raleigh

The Triangle's residential mix is unusually well-suited to private hibachi. Single-family backyards in North Hills, Inside the Beltline (Hayes Barton, Oakwood, Five Points), Cary (Preston, MacGregor Downs), Apex, and Brier Creek are our most common setup, especially homes with covered patios, outdoor kitchens, or pool decks. Lake Wheeler, Falls Lake, and Jordan Lake waterfront homes are favorites for sunset events. Downtown Raleigh and Durham loft rooftops work for residents whose buildings allow open-flame cooking. NC State, Duke, and UNC alumni and family homes become game-day and graduation venues. Hope Valley and Forest Hills homes in Durham are common for rehearsal dinners. • NC State, Duke, and UNC game weekends: home football Saturdays (NC State) and basketball season (Duke and UNC) bring alumni and family back; hibachi as the pre- or post-game centerpiece.

• Tech and pharma corporate dinners: RTP companies run steady cycles of client dinners and executive gatherings; private hibachi at an executive home is a strong premium-experience pick.

• Wedding rehearsal dinners: especially at Inside the Beltline homes, Cary and Apex family homes, and Hope Valley estates in Durham.

• Triangle graduation parties: May commencement at NC State, Duke, and UNC is a peak window; hibachi at family homes and rentals.

• Bachelor and bachelorette weekends: typically at Downtown Raleigh rentals or Lake Gaston/Lake Norman destination weekends with hibachi as the centerpiece.

Raleigh Seasonality and Outdoor Setup

Raleigh's humid subtropical climate gives us an unusually long outdoor hibachi season. March through November is comfortable outdoors. June through August can reach the mid-90s with high humidity; evening start times (after 6:30pm) and shaded setup help, especially pool-deck setups. December through February still supports outdoor events 50-60% of the time given the Triangle's mild winters; covered patios and heaters extend the outdoor window, otherwise we set up indoors with proper ventilation. Hurricane and tropical-system season runs August through October; we flex bookings around named-storm advisories.

Raleigh Hibachi FAQ

Do you serve Durham, Chapel Hill, and the broader Triangle? Yes. Durham (Downtown, Brightleaf, Trinity Park, Forest Hills, Hope Valley, Duke campus area), Chapel Hill, Carrboro, and Pittsboro are all part of our standard Triangle service area. Larger bookings can extend to Hillsborough and parts of Alamance County.

Can you handle game-day events at NC State, Duke, or UNC? Yes. Football Saturdays at NC State and basketball weekends at Duke and UNC are high-demand windows; hibachi as the pre- or post-game centerpiece. Book 6-8 weeks ahead for marquee games and tournament weekends.

What's the minimum booking? A $600 event minimum applies (roughly 10 guests at the standard $60 per adult rate). Smaller parties are welcome; you cover the difference up to the minimum.

What's Included With Every Raleigh Booking

Every Triangle booking includes a private hibachi chef, the mobile teppanyaki grill, all ingredients, service plates and chopsticks, the 90-minute live show, and full setup and breakdown. Each guest picks two proteins from chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon, scallops, or tofu, with the option to upgrade to filet mignon (+$5) or lobster tail (+$10). Every plate comes with fried rice, hibachi vegetables, a garden salad, and our signature ginger and yum-yum sauces. We accommodate vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, keto, halal, and kosher requests with advance notice.
