November through March moves indoors; we set up in vented garages with the door open, on covered porches with heaters, or indoors with proper ventilation and high ceilings. Can you set up at a Pittsburgh loft rooftop or riverfront condo? Yes, with the building's written approval for open-flame cooking. Strip District, Lawrenceville, and South Side loft buildings vary in their fire-safety policies; confirm with your building before booking.

What's the minimum booking? A $600 event minimum applies (roughly 10 guests at the standard $60 per adult rate). Smaller parties are welcome; you cover the difference up to the minimum.

Each guest picks two proteins from chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon, scallops, or tofu, with the option to upgrade to filet mignon (+$5) or lobster tail (+$10). Every plate comes with fried rice, hibachi vegetables, a garden salad, and our signature ginger and yum-yum sauces.
