Do you cover the White Mountains and the Lakes Region, not just Manchester? Yes. The Lakes Region (Winnipesaukee, Squam, Sunapee, Newfound), the White Mountains (North Conway, Lincoln, Waterville Valley, Bretton Woods), and the Upper Valley (Hanover, Lebanon) are all standard NH service area. Far-North Country bookings are case-by-case based on group size.

Can you handle winter ski-cabin events? Yes. Winter is a real part of our NH business. We set up in heated garages with the door open, on covered porches with heaters and ventilation, or indoors in spaces with adequate ceiling height and ventilation. We will confirm your specific layout at booking.

What's the minimum booking? A $600 event minimum applies (roughly 10 guests at the standard $60 per adult rate). Smaller parties are welcome; you cover the difference up to the minimum.

Every New Hampshire booking includes a private hibachi chef, the mobile teppanyaki grill, all ingredients, service plates and chopsticks, the 90-minute live show, and full setup and breakdown. Each guest picks two proteins from chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon, scallops, or tofu, with the option to upgrade to filet mignon (+$5) or lobster tail (+$10) (lobster is a natural fit given New England seafood culture). Every plate comes with fried rice, hibachi vegetables, a garden salad, and our signature ginger and yum-yum sauces. We accommodate vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, keto, halal, and kosher requests with advance notice.
