Do you serve Lake Minnetonka, Stillwater, and the broader Twin Cities metro? Yes. Lake Minnetonka (Excelsior, Mound, Orono, Wayzata, Tonka Bay), Stillwater and the St. Croix River Valley, and both downtowns and all suburbs are part of our standard Twin Cities service area.

Can you set up indoors in winter? Yes, with adequate ventilation and ceiling height. Three-season porches with heat, vented garages, and interior spaces with high ceilings all work. Hibachi grills require proper ventilation; we walk through your specific space at booking.

What's the minimum booking? A $600 event minimum applies (roughly 10 guests at the standard $60 per adult rate). Smaller parties are welcome; you cover the difference up to the minimum.

Every Minneapolis booking includes a private hibachi chef, the mobile teppanyaki grill, all ingredients, service plates and chopsticks, the 90-minute live show, and full setup and breakdown. Each guest picks two proteins from chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon, scallops, or tofu, with the option to upgrade to filet mignon (+$5) or lobster tail (+$10). Every plate comes with fried rice, hibachi vegetables, a garden salad, and our signature ginger and yum-yum sauces. We accommodate vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, keto, halal, and kosher requests with advance notice.
