Our chefs travel across the full Southwest Florida corridor. We regularly serve Downtown Fort Myers, McGregor, Iona, South Fort Myers, Gateway, Lehigh Acres, and Buckingham. To the west and south we cover Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Estero, Bonita Springs, and the North Naples area. North across the Caloosahatchee we serve Cape Coral (all quadrants), North Fort Myers, and Pine Island. East we cover Babcock Ranch, Alva, and Verandah. For larger groups we also extend south into Naples and Marco Island on request.

Single-family backyards and waterfront docks in Cape Coral (the canal network gives most homes water access), Sanibel, Captiva, and the Gulf-side McGregor corridor are favorites for sunset events. Estero, Bonita Springs, and North Naples gated communities are strong for retirement-age and snowbird gatherings; we set up on the lanai or pool patio. Beach rentals on Sanibel and Captiva are popular for family vacations; note that Fort Myers Beach is still rebuilding in parts after Hurricane Ian, so confirm your rental's status with the property manager. Fort Myers Seasonality and Outdoor Setup

Fort Myers's tropical climate makes outdoor hibachi a year-round option, with a real peak season. November through April is the snowbird and peak-comfort window: warm days, low humidity, perfect for lanai and dockside events. May through October is hot, humid, and prone to afternoon thunderstorms; we recommend evening start times (7pm or later) and shaded setup on a screened lanai. Hurricane season runs June through November; we flex bookings around named-storm advisories. After Hurricane Ian (September 2022) some beach-area rentals are still being rebuilt, so confirm your venue is ready before booking.

Fort Myers Hibachi FAQ

Do you serve Sanibel, Captiva, and Cape Coral? Yes. Sanibel and Captiva are both part of our standard Fort Myers service area, as is all of Cape Coral including the canal-front and Gulf-access homes. We do require the property manager's approval for outdoor cooking at rental homes.

Can you set up on a lanai or screened pool cage? Yes. Lanais and screened pool cages are some of our favorite Fort Myers setups: they keep the show outdoors while protecting against rain and bugs. We do need adequate ceiling clearance and ventilation; we will confirm at booking.

What's the minimum booking? A $600 event minimum applies (roughly 10 guests at the standard $60 per adult rate). Smaller parties are welcome; you cover the difference up to the minimum.

What's Included With Every Fort Myers Booking

Every Fort Myers booking includes a private hibachi chef, the mobile teppanyaki grill, all ingredients, service plates and chopsticks, the 90-minute live show, and full setup and breakdown. Each guest picks two proteins from chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon, scallops, or tofu, with the option to upgrade to filet mignon (+$5) or lobster tail (+$10). Every plate comes with fried rice, hibachi vegetables, a garden salad, and our signature ginger and yum-yum sauces. We accommodate vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, keto, halal, and kosher requests with advance notice.
