Columbus's humid continental climate gives us a real outdoor season but a true winter shutdown for unprotected outdoor events. Late April through October is reliable outdoors. June through August is the peak comfort window, though afternoon thunderstorms are common so flexible start times help. November through March moves indoors for most clients; we run hibachi inside garages with the door open, covered patios with ventilation, or interior spaces with high ceilings and proper ventilation. Indoor setup requires a walkthrough; we will confirm your specific space at booking.

Do you serve OSU game-day events and tailgates? Yes. Saturday home games in fall are our highest-demand window in Columbus. Book 6-8 weeks ahead for big games (the Michigan game especially) to lock in your chef and time slot.

Can you travel to Hocking Hills, Granville, or other Central Ohio destinations? Yes, for groups large enough to meet our event minimum. We handle Hocking Hills cabin rentals, Granville and Newark home events, and Marysville bookings on a case-by-case basis.

What's the minimum booking? A $600 event minimum applies (roughly 10 guests at the standard $60 per adult rate). Smaller parties are welcome; you cover the difference up to the minimum.
