# Hibachi Guru

> Mobile hibachi catering. We send a private teppanyaki chef to your home, backyard, or venue for a live 90-minute cooking performance with included food, setup, and cleanup.

Hibachi Guru is a private-event hibachi catering service operating within roughly 100 miles of major US cities and select international locations (Dubai, Toronto, Los Cabos). Each event includes a chef, all food, signature sauces, equipment, setup, cleanup, and tableside entertainment (knife skills, onion volcanoes, sake shots). Standard US pricing is $60 per adult, $30 per child under 13, with a $600 event minimum. International pricing differs in Dubai (AED) and Toronto (CAD).

## Pricing (US standard)

- Adults: $60 per person
- Children under 13: $30 per person
- Event minimum: $600 (roughly 10 adult guests)
- Filet mignon upgrade: +$5 per person
- Lobster tail upgrade: +$10 per person

## Pricing (international)

- Dubai (UAE): AED 250 per adult, AED 125 per child, AED 1,250 minimum
- Toronto (Canada): CAD $80 per adult, CAD $40 per child, CAD $800 minimum

## What's included in every event

- Two proteins per guest (chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon, scallops, or tofu)
- Fried rice, grilled vegetables, side salad
- Signature sauces (yum yum, ginger, and others)
- 90-minute live chef performance with knife tricks and tableside entertainment
- All equipment, setup, and cleanup
- Indoor or outdoor service available; table and chair rentals available in select cities

## Dietary accommodations

Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, keto, halal, and kosher requests are accommodated with advance notice during booking. Halal is the default in Dubai.
